Hello!  I am Stacey, owner and health coach  at Infinite Wellness at 501. Our passion is to create a game plan for your health and fitness by offering a personalized plan. 

We welcome all fitness levels, ages, and families.  We provide the following options for you to create your fitness & health program: Small Group Training (FitRanx), Health Coaching, Personal Training, Sports Performance Training and PunchFit (Boxing,Cardio,Core)

As a health coach, I know my clients need support to shift their mindset, overcome excuses and be consistent in order to get results. That is why I support them with personal health coaching, health education, mindset training and all the resources they need to live a lifestyle of health and freedom.
Let me share my journey.
Hi, This is Stacey Ungashick Lobdell, Health Coach at Infinite Wellness.  I want to share with you my passion and invite you to join me on this journey through the most important transformation of your life.

Please allow me to share with you my story behind INFINITE WELLNESS and my Health Coaching.   I am passionate about helping you on this journey as I have discovered my own WHY.  I have always thought I was “healthy” since I could do any workout I wanted to do, run half marathons, and at my highest level, excel playing college basketball.  I have always made working out a part of my daily life.

Almost 4 years ago, when I reached that challenging age of 40, I slowly started to notice that I didn’t feel like myself.  I was realizing it was more and more difficult to go out and do the workouts I used to do without requiring more recovery time or simply having to do them less often.  Running became very hard on my joints and I basically had to take time off to allow all of the injuries I had masked to fully recover. At the same time, I began having minor digestion issues, more and more sleepless nights and headaches; not to mention the daily emotional eating.
I immediately became apprehensive about my future workouts and how I would ever be able to maintain that euphoria after an intense workout or a long run.  I also reminded myself I have a lot to live for and I am the only one accountable for my health. 

Today, I feel better than I have ever felt.  I still have that  fantastic feeling but it is a steady, calming feeling ALL DAY, EVERY DAY without having to push my body to such limits. Gaining inner strength and fueling my body gives me more energy to do my workouts, recover faster and have more energy to go through my day and FEEL GREAT!

In addition to improving my workouts and going back to my background in fitness and how our body works, I am even more committed to the journey of living “ healthy” by  making better choices for my body. Being in charge of my ME, I now have a renewed vision of my health starting from the  inside  and how I feel as opposed to my fitness level or how I look.  My driving force is to be the healthiest ME for my husband and the best role model for my son. 

I have spent the past 22 years of my life coaching young people and now I want to coach everyone in this journey to living well and conquering each day with inner strength and empowerment.  The most important thing I learned while coaching, is that change has to come from within and that I could not change my players, I could only change the way they think.

This is an extensive commitment and I will be the first to tell you it has it has it’s challenges but then again, nothing great comes easy. I invite you to join me and start your own journey.  As your Health Coach,  I am committed to  you through your own challenges and taking you through this comprehensive program by learning how your body really works and the nutrition it needs to perform at its optimal level. I challenge you DIG DEEP and find your WHY? I want to help you develop the mindset to CHANGE,  to live well and be the best you can be and most importantly realize  that the mindset is controlled by you!

"I began my Healthy Edge journey after 4 years of telling myself that my body would always be this way due to an auto immune diagnosis. After I was diagnosed and treated I accepted the weight gain; telling myself I was stuck with this body to move on, but was resentful and angry about it.  The journey has taught me that I often hurt myself with the foods and wine I CHOOSE and blaming my spouse.  I thought I knew about healthy eating, but this program has taught me the truth and retrained some false beliefs I had about what is healthy.  I am so glad I did the 8 week program.  I noticed an immediate change in my energy, how my clothes fit, and my mindset.

At the start of my journey I hit the coursework hard and was very dedicated.  About week 5 I started to struggle with this new lifestyle. But as my support encouraged me, I worked my way through what was going on inside me and re-calibrated.  The best gift I take from this program is my knowledge about food and my body.  I have great boundaries; I know how to set up a successful environment for myself and will never stop drinking WATER.  I drank a lot of water before, but this increase has been important to my success.  I believe in the importance of water (I purchased water bottles for my family for Christmas).
 
I have truly redeveloped myself and look forward to continuing with the Healthy Edge Community locally and online to continue to grow in these things that have impacted my well being, self worth, my relationships, and my work with my clients.  I am now in control of me and am embracing progress, not perfection."

I was 40 years old, teaching 5+ hours of fitness classes a week and personal training as my career. I was and always have been “FIT”. However…I was not very healthy. For about 10 years I’d been having strange pain in my feet, wrists and shoulders, but as a former collegiate athlete, assumed that it was just normal.

The pain in my feet got so bad that I finally went to see a podiatrist. After 4 years, 2 surgeries, 20+ cortisone shots in various joints, and orthotics in my shoes I was still in pain-even more now. I was frustrated and tired, but I keep dragging thru my workouts and I felt like crap!
I’d had enough shots and surgeries (he was ready to do more) when I got on Web Md and diagnosed myself with Rheumatoid Arthritis. In my LAST appointment with that doctor I asked if I could possibly have this disease. He took one look at my X-Ray and said YES, I’m pretty sure that is what you have.

After more doctors and several blood tests later, I do indeed have RA. That search on Web MD and a conversation with Amber Thiel, creator of The Healthy Edge have changed my life completely! Amber described the principles of The Healthy Edge to me and I was in! I learned how the food I was eating (everyday!) was contributing to my disease and keeping me fit, but unhealthy. I was puffy, sluggish, and riddled with inflammation. In my own health journey I’ve changed how much water I drink, how frequently I eat, what I do and don’t eat, and take supplements. In turn, I’ve achieved newfound energy and feel better than I have in years! Participants in my fitness classes keep asking what I’ve done differently, why are classes so much more challenging now? I tell them about The Healthy Edge and that I feel great!
